The guy you tagged Hoste is actually Danilo Hondo from Germany! (As you can see by the German champion banderole)
That’s not Hoste, that’s Hondo. Hondo rides for Lampre, Hoste for Lotto. Also those rings are the German(black-red-gold) and not the Belgian(black-gold-red) ones.
